Barbara Roberts is the principal adviser. She works both as an individual consultant, trainer & mentor, but also as an associate with other organisations and enterprises.

Her expertise is based on a wealth of experience including experience as a Headteacher of two primary schools, Ofsted inspections, Consultant Leadership, Inclusion and Special Educational Needs and Childcare.

Barbara is a member of the Society of Educational Consultants and works according to their ‘Code of Practice’ in pursuing the profession of education consultant by:

giving balanced advice;
maintaining high standards of personal conduct;
exercising independence of thought and action;
seeks to advance the professional standards of education consultancy;
takes steps to enhance the quality of her/his work
