Aidan Consulting started as an Education Consultancy firm based on providing advice, support and training to schools, colleges and universities, but has extended to include a new range of business support, consultancy & management services to a wider business sector.
Barbara Roberts is the principal adviser. She works both as an individual consultant, trainer & mentor, but also as an associate with other organisations and enterprises.
Her expertise is based on a wealth of experience including experience as a Headteacher of two primary schools, Ofsted inspections, Consultant Leadership, Inclusion and Special Educational Needs and Childcare.
Terry Roberts is a Graduate Business Manager and a Chartered Secretary in Public Practice.
Aidan Consulting is a member of the Society of Educational Consultants and works according to their ‘Code of Practice’ in pursuing the profession of education consultant by:
